Highlights

Morgan has produced, written and/or directed over 100 episodes of scripted & unscripted television. He has shot in locations around the world, from Sri Lanka to Scotland to San Francisco, including: LA, NYC, Toronto, Montreal & Vancouver.

As a development producer and executive, he has developed, shepherded and created dozens of projects, including series for broadcast, shows for streaming networks and award-winning films.  In the process, he has managed teams (and budgets) both large and small.

Morgan recently directed two unscripted TV pilots for Eelay Media – a food/travel series called Food Fanatics and a doc-series called Spirit Warriors. He also directed and produced two unscripted sizzle reels, including the home renovation show Rescue Renos and the follow-doc series Flea Market Robin Hood.

He also directed the award-winning short film A Song For Kate, along with close friend Christopher Liebe, which is enjoying a successful run on the festival circuit. The film has played LA Shorts, won 3 awards at PWFF (including Audience Choice for Best Film) and next up is the Orlando Film Festival in October 2018.

Previously, he was the Showrunner and Director of Fearless in the Kitchen. He created the unscripted food/reality show, which stars celebrity chef Christine Cushing.  The series airs on OWN in Canada and on Ion Life in the US. In the show, Cushing takes terrible cooks and puts them through difficult culinary challenges so they can learn to make a fabulous meal for the family and friends who’ve suffered through their nasty cooking.

Morgan was also the Director & Supervising Producer for the half-hour, single-camera comedy the Smart Woman Survival Guide — a series he developed for Corus Entertainment. The show was a light-hearted look at a larger-than-life Martha Stewart-esque character and the women who toiled to build her TV empire.
